Privacy Policy

I like transparency which is why I would much rather let you know how I handle your data.

At Friday Graphics we take the processing of your data very seriously. Due to new GDPR compliance legislation I wanted to take a small moment of your time to explain how I use any personal information offered to me.

Only When I Need to

All correspondence is transactional. I do not use any information for marketing purposes. Nor is it given to any third parties without prior consent. Invoicing for Friday Graphics is managed by Wave apps, an online accounting application, Wave's privacy information is available to review here

I will never ask for data that I do not need.

But sometimes . . .

I may contact you on a transactional basis with regards to an ongoing product that may be subject to operational changes, the information and need to contact you would be necessary to the continuation of your website or chosen product.

Print Customers

Print suppliers will receive information such as a chosen delivery address and email details, this is to ensure delivery. You may contact the supplier, or myself to request the removal of your information.

Sensitive Data

Any personal data you may share with me to allow access to your personal accounts (for example, Domain Registrar, or Host provider) is not stored anywhere! I would strongly recommend changing these personal details after allowing me a brief window of time to access your account to carry out any maintenance or updates to your sites.

Printed Documents

I do not store printed documentation containing any of my clients's information.

Digital Database

Any digital information (name, postal address, email address) is stored with Wave (accounting software) and is only stored whilst a working contract (verbal or non-verbal) is valid or applicable. Information is also stored for accounting purposes/end of year accounts.

Web and Hosted Clients

Website and hosting customers, Business Catalyst retains your email address to allow you to receive website analytics and updates, please log in to your site's dashboard to view the privacy policy.

You have the right to request access to the information I have on you. You can do this by contacting me on

Information Correction

If you believe that the information I have about you is incorrect, you may contact me so that I can update it and keep your data accurate.

I only collect a limited amount of information about you that is necessary for correspondence, information and service provision. I do not use profiling, I do not sell or pass your data to third parties. I do not use your data for purposes other than those specified. I will make sure your data is stored securely.

I will delete all information deemed to be no longer necessary. I will constantly review the Privacy Policy to keep it up to date in protecting your data.
